HOW TO BE HEALTHY? FOUR PILLARS FOR HAVING GOOD HEALTH
4. SUPPLEMENTATION:
Now a days, in the society, no one is getting vegetables and fruits without adding pesticides. Wherever we go, we observe a lot of pesticides are sprayed on the plants. Natitonal institute of nutrition revealed that there is 40gm of pesticides on 100gm of fruits or vegetables. We can think how much it is dangerous to our health.
1. EXERCISE DAILY:
Exercise is very essential for good health of any age group person. Normally, people think that they are working in their homes, but it is not counted. At least wake up at 5 o' clock in the morning and do aerobics or walking or yoga. If we go on continuing, it becomes habit.
2. POSITIVE METAL ATTITUDE:
In the society, people are with jealousy on one another, but should not feel on success of others. Everyone must learn the success secrets. We should be with positve metal attitude. Positive attitude makes a person to think creatively and innovatively.
3. ADEQUATE REST:
People are very busy in their works, but don't know about how much his/her life is important. One should not run on their job chart. Everyone should take sufficient rest for good health.
